Michael's Story

I discovered bodywork and corrective exercise years ago through a passion for sports science and working with the human body. Right away, something became abundantly clear: There is a need for solutions to managing pain and addressing movement dysfunctions that the conventional healthcare system does not offer. From there, my mission was born...

To prove to clients that their pain and physical limitations are not permanent debilitations and that their age, injury history, or temporary discomfort should not stop them from doing the activities they love.

But long before this dream came to life, before I ever massaged or stretched clients, my education in bodywork began. Working at a physical therapy clinic, I learned from industry experts how to analyze human biomechanics in various sports and activities. The fine details of body movement play a huge role in understanding why people have pain/dysfunction and how to relieve it.

It was there I discovered the magic of corrective exercise. As a Certified Gait Specialist, I provided athletes with drills and movements designed to relieve pain, strengthen muscles, and optimize performance—concepts that apply both to competitive sports and everyday life.

My first professional bodywork experience was at StretchLab in Austin, TX. In my two years as a StretchLab Flexologist, I learned to creatively apply my training to identify clients’ problem areas and customize assisted stretching programs to rebalance those areas.

This approach to bodywork, centered around stretching and mobility, inspired me to further my education by attending massage school at the Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage.

Having worked in a number of clinics and gym settings, I realized the best way to help my clients was by bringing my services straight to them. Beyond its convenience, this concierge option shows how positive wellness practices can integrate seamlessly into anyone's life.

Beyond my passions for bodywork and helping others, I enjoy spending my time in active pursuits like working out, running, biking, water sports, and hiking. I am also an adventure seeker who loves to travel, experience new cultures and places, and indulge in my appreciation of art, music, and food.
